Advent House meal this weekend

The new JustFaith group was commissioned last Sunday

The “Card Ministry” has been successful making and mailing cards to shut-ins etc.

Old Business:

Discussion of “Food for Thought” programs

· Have they been a success or not?

· Beyond Crossing Borders series-

We need readers for the “Way of the Cross of the Migrant Jesus”

· The movie “The Visitor” was recommended

Fair Trade coffee sales- went well: about $137.00 sold

New Business:

· Habitat for Humanity, Sat June 5-meal for 12 people

· Mobile Food Pantry-we are doing this again but don't have a date yet

· Summer food baskets: date to be decided;talk about at June meeting

· July 11^th, Second Sunday meal-provided by Social Ministry

· Possible future Food for Thought dates: 10/2, 2/22, 10/11

June Summer Social-June 15^th., 6:30pm, at St.Casimir Church Hall

Potluck and preparing “personal needs” packets.
